A native from Iowa, Roger moved to Phoenix from San Diego in 1996 after finishing up a 5 1/2 year career in the U.S. Navy. After spending the last 10 years in the rental car industry, Roger got his real estate license in March, 2006, and immediately took over the Team Manager position as "Team Moose" became a reality. An ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) holder, Roger is responsible for the day to day operations, coordinating all referral leads and marketing efforts. Roger, Larsy, his wife of 17 years, and 2 girls, ages 16 and 13, live in Southern Chandler.
